I saw The Necks in June 2017 for the fourth time but the first time in over 10 years. It inspired me to do something Necks-y by myself when I got home. I was immediately happy with my attempts and decided to play my second show (at the Junk Bar, July 26, 2017).

'2607.1' and '2607.2' are the first and second halves of my July 26 set.

The remaining tracks include a complete rehearsal take ('23.1', '23.2') and shorter outtakes.

These 'Digital Self' pieces came out of my efforts to craft a live set from my initial Necks-y noodling.

The accompanying image is a still from my first ever piece of video art, which I made out of a short section of Adam Curtis's 'Bitter Lake' (thoughtmaybe.com/bitter-lake/) to accompany the live set.
